I already have that record and default '0' before storing data..
Actual data,
Abnornal recard just 7 record from 7329 record at 6 and 7 may 2011. After that and untill now data normal (default '0').

Did you add the default value after storing some data? And, as an
aside, varchar(1) is an unusual usage. You're using two bytes for
the length of a one byte field that's never empty.
